Growth Specialist


We are looking for a Growth Specialist that would lead a team in maximizing our clients' online business revenues.

You need to have a solid understanding of online marketing and an analytical mindset. You must feel comfortable finding actionable insights from platforms like Google Analytics and clients' datasets. Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) is preferable, but not a necessity. You will be trained to become a CRO expert.

  1. Work with different clients to help them improve their website and marketing campaigns.
  2. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and find insights from data to come up with A/B/n tests that would help improve conversions.
  3. Come up with conversion optimization hypotheses and lead a team to bring those ideas to life (from start to finish).
  4. Keep an eye on metrics, track changes in conversion trends and learn from concluded tests to develop the next opportunities to increase our clients' revenues.
Who we are looking for:
  • You have a strong interest in CRO and experience in online marketing.
  • You are an experienced project manager.
  • You're passionate about life and business and are a quick learner.
  • You are proficient in English and live in Estonia.
  • You are detail oriented and get along well with analytics.
